North Ireland Part 2

So here continues my trip to North Ireland! :)

The little town we went on the second day is called Banger which is  in the east of Ireland.
It's a small, peaceful place by the sea with very beautiful scenery and colourful houses.
It was a nice sunny day again, but unfortunately the gardens we were planning to go to were not open yet, so we decided to have a walk around the town and by the sea.

The town is quite small and honestly doesn't have much to see or shop.
When we walked to the seaside there were lots pubs, cafe and nice small restaurants.
It was a bit chill that day, but the breeze from the sea made me feel really fresh and cheerful.
Apple and me were having fun taking pictures and wandering around.
Local people there are very friendly and welcoming. They all either smiled at us or said hello when they walked by, which completely made my day:))

Basically we spent the whole day touring around the town and walking along the seaside.
It seems there is nothing interesting there, but I'm sure when summer comes and the gardens are open, it'll be lovely to go visit and have a picnic with friends or families:))

North Ireland Part 1

I've recently been to North Ireland on Easter Holiday and it was an absolutely brilliant experience!

One of the must-go places is Giant's Causeway which is the most famous and popular natural heritage in North Ireland.
It was a lovely day, sunny and quite warm, even though it showered for a bit straight after I got off the bus:p
As soon as the rain stopped me and my friend Apple ran out of the tourist information centre and were absolutely stunned by the extraordinary view from the top of the hill.
As much as I like to go to the seaside, the blue clear sky and glistening light of the waves out the sea took my breath right away.
The beauty of the nature is far beyond words, and I wouldn't stop thinking how God created this amazing piece of art.
We were both speechless.

By the sea were all those rocks formed by an ancient volcanic eruption. It is interesting that we found there was foam gathering around the rocks.
It was super windy that day, and the foam kept flying around even stuck on my camera lens!
I wasn't wearing proper shoes for hiking but in a pair of chelsea boots. As I was trying to climb to the top of the rocks my legs were literally shaking as they were very slippery.
I appreciate that Apple didn't take any picture of me trying to walk and balance myself on the rocks and protect my camera at the same time. I could imagine how myself looked like and it would be very silly and embarrassing...

We were up there for about 4 hours before we had to head back catch the last bus going back to town.
As I keep travelling to and exploring more places, I started to understand why some people would give up their jobs and stable lives in cities just to wander around the world and look for what they really want and what life really is.
I haven't found the answer myself, but I do know travelling makes me more curious, positive, open-minded and strong. It keeps me alive.
I'm sure lots people out there are like me loving to see different places meet different people and embrace the unknown and challenges in life.
Adventure never stops.

PS: I happened to captured this lovely couple kissing. It's probably the sweetest part of my visit there:)
